Founded in 2023, Executive Clarity Solutions provides leadership coaching, speaking, career alignment, and group accountability services for it’s executive clients.

The Goal: Build a brand that feels professional and polished, but not to a degree where it’s trying to completely fit in. There should be a sense of forward momentum and of being that “spark” that pushes leaders (and the businesses they run!) forward.

The Solution: An abstract, multi-part logo that breaks down into four symbolic components (windmill, spark, candle, leaf) and their corresponding colors. This symbol also rotates, mimicking the windmill, evoking said forward momentum and the generation of energy.
